Hello!
My account was one of the affected by the server crash this last days. I’ve lost my files.
when FTP worked again I uploaded my backup and I can access the site using the xxxxxx.infinitifreeapp.com free subdomain, but my custom domain (xxxxxx.work) is not working anymore. it redirects me to a 404 page.
Domain checker ( Domain Checker - InfinityFree) spits no errors (all green).
I’ve been reading this post, but it’s not directly the same issue, as my error is a 4040 ( My account appears to be suspended - Hosting Support - InfinityFree Forum)
any clue?
PS: please forbid me for not putting my real domain name here, it’s my personal name and I dont want it to be tied to my posts on the forumsfor privacy, I hope it’s not an issue.
EDIT: my account is epiz_34325189 so I have on my domain provider this as nameservers :
