I am trying to demo an eCommerce shopping cart app, and I cannot get the index.php page to load.
It keeps throwing a 403 Forbidden error. I have checked the forums and tried the fixes, but I keep getting blocked. Can antone assist?

The page loads perfectly fine for me:
Try clearing your cache. If that doesn’t work, then you might just have to wait.
That’s really strange, mine will not load the page. Thank you for trying though, at least I know it does work (for some) 
Your site is working from my end try clearing cache and try again 
Try clearing DNS Cache too.
