I have not changed any files or hosting configuration while investigating this problem.

Can you check the exact file name of index.html in File Manager, and tell me whether it sits directly in htdocs on the account that holds webisidorus.page.gd? The server only accepts index.php, index.html, index.htm or index2.html, and file names are case-sensitive. A file called Index.html, index.HTML or index.html.txt wouldn’t count. That would also explain why the Health Check says no index file was found.

Your account has a second domain, and only the first domain uses htdocs. Additional domains get their own folder, such as example.com/htdocs. So it’s worth confirming that the Directory Status card for webisidorus.page.gd shows exactly htdocs and not a folder named after the domain. On .htaccess: it’s normal not to see it in File Manager unless you created one. A missing .htaccess isn’t what causes this 403.

Hello,

I have completed the additional tests.

• The website opens normally when I click View Page in the InfinityFree control panel.

• When I copy the exact same URL and paste it into a new browser tab on the same computer, it returns:

  403 Forbidden — Server or website configuration is blocking you from viewing this page

• The same URL also returns 403 in another browser/account.

• The index.html file exists directly inside htdocs.

• The domain’s Directory Status shows htdocs.

• The Health Check still reports that no index file was found.

Could a human moderator please investigate whether the hosting server’s access rules or browser security system is causing this inconsistent behavior?

I have not changed any files or configuration.

Here is one more reproducible detail:

1. I open https://webisidorus.page.gd/ using the View Website button in the InfinityFree control panel.

2. The website loads successfully.

3. When I refresh the page, the browser redirects to https://errors.infinityfree.net/errors/403/.

4. Typing https://webisidorus.page.gd/ directly or opening the same URL from another device also leads to the same 403 error page.

5. This behavior has occurred with different versions of my HTML file.

The visible error message is:

403 Forbidden — Server or website configuration is blocking you from viewing this page

Could you help identify what causes this redirect and advise what diagnostic test I should perform next?

Your website works correctly for me regardless of how many times I refreshed it. Please try clearing your browser cache or use incognito mode.

It does not work for me. I accessed it and I can replicate the 403.

I checked the htdocs directory in your account and it’s completely empty. So the status check is right, and that’s what’s causing the 403 error.

I’m not sure what you have uploaded where exactly, but both the panel and I can’t find it.
