Website https://webartists.cz/ is running but when you try to visit any post/page you get the 403 issue.

Thank you Oxy, I have read the help guide but did not realize it does include chat in URL structure so this thread was useless sorry about this.

Also thank you KangJL this 404 was caused by improper modification of the .htaccess file.

In the future if someone would read this topic then to fix this 404 issue caused by editing the .htaccess file the fix is simple ->go to settings->permalinks-> click save.
