403 Forbidden openresty
Initially i just created the index file in online file manager, but i tried reuploading the file with ftp, same issue. the website is behind cloudflare pointing to free hosting IP assigned to me.

and yup, the site still doesn’t work for me. what else should i do?
edit: you able to see my site, other computers able to see my site, me with vpn able to see my site, but when i don’t have a vpn enabled, i see 403 error.
It sounds like your IP address was flagged for suspicious traffic and blocked. When connecting directly to our hosting, you’d see some kind of connection timeout or connection refused error, but when using Cloudflare, you’ll get a 403 Forbidden response instead.
And it appears that is exactly what happened. The block has been lifted now.
oh yea, the symptoms you mentioned also happened on my blog site too. i’m getting in touch with ifastnet, and the last reply is them asking the offending IP address. hopefully i have some good news later..
