Have you altered .htaccess file?

You should remove it if it ecists

I have just removed .htaccess file but I am still getting the same error message.

I have installed wordpress using Softtaculous, even the wordpress admin page also cant be accessed.

I see your domain name is using Cloudflare. Can you please double check that the DNS records you have in Cloudflare are correct and that your website is pointing to our IP address.

No, that one is of the File Manager, and not of your website. Check this KB article to find the correct IP.
