i have a page fo the admin to chat with the site visitors. the page for site vistors to chat with admin is working well, but for that of admin gives that error. i tried to clear cooks but no, used another device but same problem. so how to correct this?

TL;DR for the article @KangJL linked above: the “chat” keyword is blocked because we do not allow chat scripts to be hosted with us. Chat scripts work by constantly refreshing the page in the background to get new messages, which is very taxing on the servers.
