Redirects to 403 error page
Other files in the same folder is viewable without any issues. But new files created few days ago isn’t available.
Chat applications are not allowed on free hosting due to server load.

It’s not a chat app, it’s a plain html file now. I guess the filename is filtered!?

Yeh I did a test some time back and “chat” and a couple of others are filtered. Some are deleted some just blocked
