I hope I am in the right section, if not I am sorry.
I just started my website and installed E107
Then I went to my website to edit it but all I got was the error message 403 you are being blocked.
I went to the control and clicked on the IP block. It says block all, so when I went to remove it, simply put it gave me the error access denied.
At this point I don’t know what to do.

I’m not getting an error message, I’m getting a blank white page with no source code at all !
Did you upload your website files to the /htdocs directory ?
I installed through the softalucious installer in the Cpanel
does your file manager show anything in htdocs ?
Yes, it contains all the E107 files that were installed by the control panel
can you go to the SOFTWARE section in cPanel
click Alter PHP config
click Alter PHP Directives
click Display Errors On
click Alter PHP Directives
reload your website and see if any php errors are displayed
