why it gives me 403 when i try to upload GitHub - jordan1908-gif/Live-Chat-Application: Live chat system build with PHP, JavaScript and mySQL as back-end database. Multiple users are able to communicate with each other at the same time by utilizing this system. this on my website!

all chat systems are forbidden on free hosting here as its very server intensive

Lovebug is super clear:

This is free hosting and there’s no reason that we’re gonna put that much of server power into it.Get premium/vps if you really wanted to host live chat.
(Honestly. I don’t know whether shared premium works.)

Because they require a lot of server resources, as they constantly contact the server to check if there are any new messages.

If we were to allow chat scripts, you would very easily hit usage limits on free hosting.
