403 Access denied

Hello, I recently uploaded my files for my webpage. There are about 5 pages. Three of them work without any problems but the others don’t because if I go on them there will be the error message: “403 Access denied” and I don’t know how to solve it. I hope you can help me!

The names are: chat.php; mchat.php and new_chat.php

It is because the word chat is banned. Also, you are not really allowed or able to host a chat thingy here.
