I tested this with my own website which has a redirect, and I also got a 200. It’s not just limited to your case, so it’s most likely this:
I bet the service (wheregoes) doesn’t present itself to your website as an actual browser, so it gets blocked.
If you get a 301 redirect when visiting your website yourself then I think you’re good to go. No need to verify it with a redirect tester .
