Ohh I remember I used inkscape back in the university it was very fun, you can create everything in that :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Also other free alternative is gimp, this is more pain in the **** :joy:

GIMP is pixel based while Inkscape is vector based, and are different tools though they do can be used with a same purpose.

However GIMP haven’t changed its UI in at least 20 years (Try to install a Ubuntu 4.10 and you’ll quickly figure it out) :upside_down_face: So if I really need pixel based editing I would rather use Krita.

Or if it’s something that’s so simple like inverting which don’t require such a heavy tool I would just use imagick :joy:

I used to use photoshop 8 on my windows 7 / linux mint dual boot laptop but when I switched to a new laptop I decided to finally get rid of windows but I also needed an art editor

I tried gimp but wasn’t happy with it and then a few other apps but I finally settled on Krita https://krita.org/ , its pretty good :+1:

A man goes to the cinema with his duck, the ticket agent looks at the duck and states that pets are not allowed so the man leaves.

The man then hides the duck in his trousers and returns to the cinema, purchases a ticket and sits down next to two old ladies.

Half an hour into the movie the duck is getting uncomfortable and hot so the man unzips his trousers to let the duck breath. The duck sticks out his head and starts looking around.

One old lady nudges the other lady and exclaims, “Hey, this guy next to me just unzipped his pants.” The lady furthest away says, “Once you’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all”. The other lady replies, “Yes, that’s what I thought, but this one’s eating my popcorn”.

The source was “The Sting” movie from 1973 that I was watching last night
There’s a guy in the background on stage telling this joke while Mr Hooker is talking to his stripper girlfriend who has just finished her act

Its a bit hard to make out as the two main characters voices in the foreground overpower what he is saying but I found the joke in the movie script
