Some thoughts.

If it’s not certain that whether it’s broken or not, one should not use crosses alongside with a destructive color. Use a question mark with a mild color like gray is probably better.

Thinking about this two months later makes me think that it’s probably better that we just put up a brief explanation of what does these words actually mean on the SSL page, alongside with a link to the (currently non-existent) documentation page that further explains what should be done about each status.

I would also recommend to put an extra stage between “Action Required” → “Issued”. The current “Issued” status, alongside with the green color, makes people think that everything is fine (when it’s probably not).
Something like “Action Required” → “Action Required” (Yes again) → “Valid” would probably be better.

This should go to that nonsense 36-replies topic but somehow I cannot find it (deleted?), so I’m posting it here.

Well I’ve found it (stupid me). But whathever.

This might not appeal to everyone.

I’ve actually seen free hosting services with better features. And to tell the truth, InfinityFree is actuallly quite slow here in my country.

Yet I sticked here because of the community. It’s just so good. None of the other hosting service have such a nice community around it. And that means everything.
