Fun fact:
Contrary to what many might think, the path C:\
is NOT a heavily restricted path. Any regular users can create folders in it.
The only paths that are limited by default are what’s there by default, like C:\Windows\
, C:\Program Files\
, etc. Those are paths where regular users cannot do anything with it, and would require elevation if an admin wants to change it.
