It was up for 15 mins, now it’s down again.
It’s up for me.
The error you got is an error I see only when I try directly visiting the IP, and if you did that, please keep in mind that the IP is not unique to your account, as you’re on a shared hosting platform that IP address serves multiple websites, so accessing it directly will not show you your website.

Now it’s up again for me too 
though it’s quite disturbing when I work and the site suddenly stops loading.

That’s not very helpful to see that for some time it’s up but then frequently the site / server goes down. Now it’s down again.
This is way too unreliable, and if there’s no fix then InfinityFree is not usable - unfortunately.
I’m not sure what to tell you here, because I can’t reproduce the issue (and it seems others cannot too). Every time I visited your website (included now) it has loaded perfectly fine, maybe a bit slow at first, but loaded nonetheless.
Have you tried visiting services like https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ and https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/ when your website goes down to verify that it’s not just down for you but for others too? If not, please do that.

might be issue only for your ip, try on another network or get another ip.
