185.27.134.133 is marked as malicious thus my website is being blocked by antivirus

Website URL

my website

I asked Malwarebytes and this is their response:

It appears that this IP(185.27.134.133) has been legitimately flagged as malicious. So, my website is not reachable. Any ideas on what to do? Can my site be “moved” to another IP… or… I don’t know. Any possible solutions?

No issue

Get Malwarebytes to review and whitelist your website?

Last resort will be to stop using Malwarebytes

oh malwarebytes again ! they unblock for a while and at some point their system blocks again

its a shame that their internal database doesn’t have a whitelist :frowning:

a better system would block per site and not blanket ban the whole ip containing 1000’s of sites

But they said:

We are not blocking your domain, it is IP address that is blocked.

That IP address is shared by many websites. it seems to belong to a certain
RIPE NCC (Réseaux IP Européens Network Coordination Centre)

The problem is that as long as this IP is flagged as “not reliable” (looking at the graph the culprits are those two domains: ( wwwgobierno.nacional.hstn.me and elmotamaken.vastserve.com
any other legit websites served through this IP will be potentially blocked by any antivirus software. It’s a matter of overall accessibility/visibility of the site… not using Malwarebytes on my side isn’t a solution.

Yes it’s a little bit funny the fact that , looking at this article, they agree.

I just don’t understand why they didn’t put into practice the “better blocking practice” in this case.
