What do you mean by that? It looks file for me.
As for the ads, I agree. I am working with someone to try and get some CSS in to improve it.
I think you could use media queries. Hide the mobile ad on desktop and hide the desktop ad on mobile.

I also made a bunch of changes on my website and added a couple of new things (that’s why I haven’t been here for a few days) 
you will definitely need CTRL + F5 and desktop browser is recommended
I made a new welcome image
and if the cursor is left above the image then the tails of this png change color
via CSS (filter: grayscale)
Several animations to draw the visitor’s attention to the fact that submenus exist here as well (3 times and then stop) - wherever there are tabs menu.
Under “special” you can peek a little into website structure and move it, etc. and see some information
and on the right-click to open certain nodes in the new tab.
I lost the most time because I reduced the CSS file by 30KB
and modified a lot of the HTML code inside so it would be smaller.
also new logos, new colors, etc.
