Not really, as IF needs the money from advertisements in order to keep running.
For me, ads only show up on the topics page, not on the actual topic.

AdSence has one I think. After you load so many pages on one domain within a select timeframe, I think AdSence stops showing you ads. I think.

My bets IF DNS servers is very slow that cname verification for ssl takes over an hour -_-
GoGetSSL checks the CNAME records, not InfinityFree
