My website got removed/suspended today when past 2 days it got the highest number of hits/visitors. http://dangerousmother.com is 100% safe, supported by worldwide people. Dangerousmother.com was hosted with Hostgator.com till October 2019. Because of free hosting I came to infinityfree.net and I will upgrade to paid hosting in 1 month. Please activate my hosting account epiz_24532415 immediately. I will lose hard earned visitors/traffic. Looks like software error from infinityfree.net. My website is approved by Kaspersky and Norton internet security systems, so there in no question of bad softwares on my website.
What did the instructions in the client area say you should do if your account is suspended? Submit a ticket, and if the answer is not to your liking, send a message in the forum?
You already sent a ticket and staff already responded to your ticket with more information. If you have any questions or comments regarding the information you received from staff, please write your response in the ticket. Only if you can convince them your account is safe can they reactivate your account.
Nobody here can do anything for you, except for giving you generic information about how account suspensions work. Which include “don’t bother posting your request here” and “send a ticket for more information”.

Virus scanner companies do scan websites for potentially harmful activities. However, if they don’t find anything, that doesn’t mean your website is safe. Unlikely these virus scanning companies, we actually scan websites for malicious activity not just by looking at the publicly visible pages, but also by scanning the files in your account. That way, we can find things which are completely impossible to detect by external scanners, but may be much more harmful than anything they could identify.
Virus scanners are good, but not perfect. Ours is no exception. So a thumbs up from a few virus scanners is no guarantee whatsoever that your website is safe.

I can’t reactivate your account. You have to discuss this in the support ticket in the client area. Like I said before: nobody here can help you.
