I can’t upload the Uddoktapay payment file to my subdomain.
I’ve tried uploading it many times, but it’s not working.

Can you explain what you mean by “not working” is the file being deleted or are you getting some other error?
Please note that there is a file size limit of 10 MB on our hosting, so if the zip file is larger than that (or larger than ~9 MB due to rounding issues), then that’s why it’s deleted.
If you’re trying to upload it using the Upload and Extract functionality in the file manager, then note that that function doesn’t work well for larger archives.
The recommended way to upload a large archive is to extract it on your own computer, and use a desktop FTP client like FileZilla to upload it.
If this doesn’t answer your question, can you please tell us more about the issue? Like how exactly you have tried to upload it, and what you saw when you tried?
