WWW problem

www.beargames.online

**What I’m seeing is: How it is redirect you to 404 page of the domain register.

Actually, it is show 404 page. What is the problem, is that when I type my domain name without 'WWW' it is work fine, however, when I try to do this using 'WWW', it is redirect to 404 page. I talk with support worker of the website, where I buy this domain, however they say, that me need to ask and talk about it with hosting support.
