When i try logging using the WP Manger link given at Softaculous dashboard (refer screenshot), it prompts cPanel login (refer screenshot). Further when i enter the correct cPanel credentials there, it says invalid login
Alternatively when I try to login directly in to WP Admin using default link (northwindinteriors.com/wp/wp-admin), it says SSL not enabled. Whereas SSL is installed and enabled and active.

I just tried to go to the WP Manager in Softaculous and it worked fine for me. Please note that you’re automatically logged out from Softaculous after a while. And if that happens, you need to log back in through the control panel or client area, you can’t login directly to the cPanel login interface.
I had some trouble accessing your website too, which was caused by you having DNSSEC enabled on your domain. But our nameservers don’t support DNSSEC, which means anyone who validates DNSSEC will be unable to access your website.
I see your domain is registered with Spaceship. You can disable DNSSEC for your domain through the Advanced DNS app in Spaceship’s panel.
Also, the wp-admin URL is probably http://northwindinteriors.com/wp-admin, no extra /wp/ in between. That’s only if you install WordPress to a subdirectory.
