I installed WordPress using Softaculous, but now I can’t make any changes on my site. When I open the file manager, the wp-content folder is almost empty (only 211 bytes), and the whole htdocs folder seems too light (4KB).
I tried refreshing and re-uploading, but nothing changes. Is this a server-side issue?

I checked your website and there doesn’t seem to be anything wrong with it.
Please understand if you check the size of a folder in the file manager (or any other FTP client for that matter), it will only show you the size of the folder entity itself, not the contents of the folder. And a folder entity itself uses 4 KB of disk space, so that’s the size that’s listed.
Having a quick look at your website, your website appears to have a full WordPress website with numerous plugins, themes and updates which are far, far more than 211 bytes or 4 KB. The account statistics say you’re using 711 MB of disk space, which seems like a far more credible number.
As for why you cannot make changes on your site, I don’t know, but there doesn’t appear to be anything wrong with your files.
Can you please explain a bit more about what exactly you’re trying to do, what you see and where you’re getting stuck?

Unfortunately, I’m facing a technical issue where I can no longer make any changes — I can’t add new products, edit existing pages, or create new sections. You say everything is ¨blocked from your side"? Does that mean you are unable to access your website admin’s panel at all? Or are just having issues using certain functionality? What do you see when you try to make this change? Do you see any error message you can share?
Your message looks a little bit like it’s AI generated, with having a lot of words which don’t really say anything about the issue itself. Please don’t do that, just present the relevant information concisely. Or even try asking the AI for help, it probably “knows” more about WordPress and the specific plugins you use than I do.
it’s look like we aren’t in the same ideas but no problem I will try to explain more : my problem isn’t about access to my site but it’s exactly about functionnalities of my site its self because i can’t do any changes anymore like changing pages or do any modifications or putimg new products… I hope it’s more claire now , I need your help my situation is more complecated now because DDL to give my project is soon , and this what i see when i zqnt to make any chamges
We clearly are thinking about different issues. That’s why I am asking you to clarify. I cannot see what you see, so I need you to be specific about the issue you’re having to have any chance to say something useful about it.
What exactly is it that we can see in the screenshot? The page itself is black, and is that also a loading spinner I see in the tab? Does the page just keep loading?
To be honest, I think I’m a bit out of my depth here. I know about our hosting, but this is a very specific issue with your website and I don’t think I have the specific WordPress knowledge required to effectively troubleshoot this.
