hello i can download wp-content using filezilla i wanted to migrate to another host

Why not? Just drag and drop the folder from the server to your computer and wait for the transfer to finish

You could use FileZilla to transfer your files to your Computer, then use FileZilla again to transfer the files to the new host.

Nothing wrong with that, just make sure you have enough storage on your computer.

still cant download i dont know why it only downloads one folder then it stops

Are you downloading the htdocs folder from your website? If you are, that should contain your whole site!
