Make sure you deleted that file, and are uploading the new zip file you created. If you did it properly, the error would disappear.

how do I upload it? (do I use FTP?)
I’m not sure if it’s possible to upload backups to Softaculous. It may not be possible, given that your backup seems to be around 120 MB in size and there is a 10 MB file size limit.
Some experts say that a backup isn’t a backup until it has been tested. Because if not, you may find yourself in a situation where you have a file that supposedly has all your website content but there is no way to restore it.
If you still have the unzipped folder, you can open it and upload the htdocs folder to the root of your website’s FTP account. Please use FileZilla, the online File Manager will not be suitable for this.
