I already have done that before your advice. Although, I wonder why is it necessary for the wp-admin to work. I need to access the wp-admin urgently as I am on deadline. Kindly help me to fix this issue, so I start making the website.

Since the record is now ready, you can request the certificate right away, then install it after refreshing to see if it’s already there through a simple button and wait a while for it to work.
