WordPress plugin installation gets stuck

guys another problem recently. after uploading a zip file like a plugin or theme, the website does not unpack the file and gets stuck.
what should I do?

@KangJL Thanks but if you have a big amount of inodes, it is not a good idea.

Well if you have a big amount of inodes, it’s not a good idea to install a new plugin no matter which way you do it.

You should try to reduce the number of inodes on your account, and then upload the plugin via FTP.
