The default wp-cron should just work. WordPress just triggers the cron actions in the background while viewing pages.

A health check that checks whether the cron endpoint is reachable will fail because of [this security system](https://forum.infinityfree.com/t/ensuring-only-web-browsers-can-access-your-website/49353), but that should not impact regular cron functionality.

As long as you did not disable the default cron functionality, either through settings or plugins, it should just work.
