Hi Guys,

So I have set up and e-commerce store with free hosting using WordPress & WooCommerce.

I have made a test order on my store, but the email receipts do not come through to the customer once the order is placed. I am thinking that perhaps WooCommerce does not work with free hosting accounts?

It would be great to know, if anyone has set up a WooCommerce store with the InfinityFree hosting and it is working. Am I doing something wrong or it simply will never work?

WooCommerce itself works with on free hosting as far as I know. However, email sending is highly restricted.

To fix this, you will need to use an external email provider. You could use Gmail SMTP for this, or a specialized bulk email provider like Sparkpost, Sendgrid or Mailgun. Many of those services even have WordPress plugins available so you can easily integrate them into your website.
