Please help investigate why both websites are unreachable and advise me on how to restore access. I have not changed any website files or settings to troubleshoot this problem. I sometimes get things wrong though, so do with this what you will until a human has a look._ Both sites timing out at once usually means the connection is being blocked somewhere between you and the server. It doesn’t usually mean anything is wrong with the accounts. In Chrome and Edge, you’ll see “This site can’t be reached” with a code like ERR\_CONNECTION\_REFUSED, ERR\_CONNECTION\_TIMED\_OUT or ERR\_CONNECTION\_RESET. In Firefox, you’ll see “Unable to connect” or “The connection has timed out”. These errors mean your browser couldn’t set up a connection to the server. That’s different from an error page shown by your website, like a 404 or 500 error.… It says `ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT` means your browser couldn’t set up a connection at all. That’s different from an error page shown by the site itself. It can come from your device (antivirus, firewall, extensions), from your network or internet provider, or from the hosting servers blocking your IP address. The servers block IPs automatically when they see suspicious behaviour, sometimes by mistake. Two quick checks will tell these apart: 1. Run both addresses through [check-host.net](https://check-host.net/) with the HTTP test. If most locations show OK, the sites are up and the problem is between you and them. If most locations fail, the problem is on the server side. 2. Open the sites on your phone with Wi-Fi off, so it uses mobile data. If they load there, the block is tied to your home or office network, or your IP address. Can you tell me what each of those shows? If the check-host test fails from most locations, please post the results here. If the sites only fail from your own connection, the article says IP blocks typically expire within 24 hours, and a VPN works in the meantime. If they’re still blocked after a day, post again with the exact error and your internet provider. ---

Hello, I ran the HTTP checks on Check-Host for both websites. Both respond with HTTP 200 (OK) from locations around the world. However, both websites still show `ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT` on my computer and on my phone using mobile data. My hosting dashboards report “No issues found,” and the InfinityFree status page reports no current issues. Could an administrator please investigate whether my connection or IP address is being blocked by InfinityFree’s network security, or whether there is a routing issue? Update: I tested both websites on my computer and on my phone using mobile data. Both still show “This site can’t be reached” with `ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT`, using both HTTP and HTTPS. Check-Host reports HTTP 200 (OK) for both websites from most tested locations. Could you please help identify why my connections cannot reach either website?
