I had to take a hiatus from working on bringing my website for my business up due to mourning the deaths of two friends that were like family, and you deleted all the work I’d already wasted the time to tweak my sites on your garbage janky to use app to the effect that now I have to start over from scratch? I think I’d rather not because if I accidentally get busy again you’ll just delete that too. No thanks. I don’t care if you wouldn’t have deleted it if I was on premium-- that’s not the point. Making my two sites completely unrecoverable is ridiculous. Garbage.

When does are inactive (less than 5 hits in 30 days) they are suspended and an email is sent. It’s them deleted approximately 30 days after that.
This actually is not connected to it you log in to your account or not.
While it is annoying, it is part of the terms and conditions that you agreed to when signing up. In addition, you should keep your own backups of your site. Never trust important data to a single point of failure.

I also noticed that you mention editing your site using an “InfinityFree” app?
I assume you mean the site builder? That’s operated by site.pro and is only one easy to build your site. You could also install wordpress or similar from the script builder, or do like I do and use FTP to upload files made on your pc.
If you were using the Site.Pro builder, then I may have good news for you. While the hosting account itself is gone, your website source may still be safely stored by Site.Pro.
Please try creating a new hosting account with the same domain name, and then launching the Site.Pro builder. With a little bit of luck, your website will be right there, and you can just hit the Publish button to continue where you left off.
Still for future reference: I am aware that personal circumstances can come up and result in not being able to work on your website, but please do make sure that you are using an email address that you actually monitor. We send multiple email notifications when your account is suspended for inactivity and at risk of deletion. Reactivating the account is then just a single button click from the client area, preventing the loss of your data.
