Why my website has been suspended, because of daily limits?

How can I achive any daily limits, when I know - only two people use this website, and only I know the code (php, html, java etc). Whole website has maybe 10 files, and two css. What are the limits? Two lines in one file?

The daily limits have nothing to do with file size. Please check the suspended hosting account in the client area, it’ll tell you which limit you violated (RAM, CPU, hits, entry processes, etc.).
