Why my domain is still showing ads even through I have connect everything correctly

Everything had set up ok but the website still showing ads.
My htdocs have uploaded the source files which is php.

I have contact with my domain host and they said that the domain is not connected with the host but I have done it by linking the name server to ns1.infinityfree.com and ns2.infinityfree.com.

There are a few different reasons why you could see this issue, including:

  • The domain is pointing to our nameservers, but not linked to any account.
  • Something went wrong on our end, and the DNS records for your domain did not get setup correctly. This occassionally happens sometimes, but you can fix it by removing your domain and re-adding it again.
  • Everything is setup correctly, but due to DNS caching, it still isn’t visible eveywhere.

I see you removed the domain from your account shortly after you created this post, so I can’t check if option 2 was the issue. But I can tell you that adding the domain to your account again will fix the issue, if you’re still interested in getting this fixed (you appear to have changed the nameservers of your domain already).

-I think this is already linked to an account right?

-Yes I have removed the domain from the account because it take too long time like 5 days already and I still can’t solve it so I was trying to retry every step or other host.

Unless I’m typing your domain wrongly, this is not what I see:

Do you get the same result on the account checker even after clearing your cache?

the photo I provide is the photo that before I reset everything from my domain and the infinityfree account, currently my domain is connect with other host

I’m not sure when you made that screenshot. Because from what I can see, the domain was removed shortly before you created this topic.

No need to retry every step. Just add the domain to an account and it will start working.

So what do you want us to do for you now? We can’t fix a domain we don’t host.

You can fix this issue by simply:

  1. Changing your domain’s nameservers back to ns1.infinityfree.com and ns2.infinityfree.com.
  2. Add the domain to an account (either your existing account which you created last week or a new one).
  3. Wait for up to 72 hours for DNS caching to pass.

I’m 99.99% sure that this will make your website work on our hosting.
