That site isn’t offering direct downloads from what I see, but linking to Google Drive. That isn’t forbidden as far as I’m aware.

It depends on what files are being shared. Having a site that provides links to download pirated content is not allowed, even if the pirated content itself is not hosted with us. Even if we’re not hosting the files, you’re still using our hosting for a purpose that’s illegal, and we cannot condone that.
