SSL not working

Username (e.g. epiz_XXX) or Website URL User name : epiz_28842535 Website rockgarden.online Error Message Generated Private Key and Certificate through both Let’s Encrypt and GoGetSSL. Also tried Self signing. In all cases after I upload the private key and then the corresponding certificate I do not get any error.
