Why is it my account not reactivated after submitting my support ticket?

Is it bad to add an anti-DDOS plugin in my site?
My account was suspended because of it.
What should I do?

I’m sorry, but there is no such thing as an “anti DDoS plugin”. DDoS attacks can only be stopped at the network level, they cannot be stopped by adding a bit of code to a website.

Whoever told you such a plugin is possible either doesn’t fully understand how DDoS attacks works, or does understand them and is actively trying to mislead you (for who knows what nefarious purpose).

Also, submitting a support ticket does not automatically reactivate your account. You will actually have to talk to the support people and explain what your website is about to convince them your site is safe.
