An unfinished website, has not logged into the background recently, and has no visitors at the front desk, and the php program is also operating normally (the same configuration has been going on for a long time). Why is it closed for 24 hours after reaching the daily limit for 3 consecutive days, and not even reaching the red line. It has been closed 19 times. If I continue to close my website automatically, it may be closed forever. Hope someone can give me a solution. Thank you

If it has been closed 19 times, it doesn’t look like the “php program is also operating normally”!

The address of the external link cannot be opened. Could it be the reason why the external link cannot be loaded?

If your account is suspended, you should be able to see it in your client area.
The reason for the suspension should be highlighted and you would be able to see it.

If your client area doesn’t have a notice stating that your account is suspended, than you might be experiencing other issues, namely the ones mentioned in the pinned topics.

This is my shutdown record, which probably shows that I did not operate. And the chart did not reach the red line. But the system tells me that your account has been suspended because you have reached the entry limit

The charts only show the average amounts used.

Meaning, if you had a sudden spike, the chart won’t show it.

The chat only updates ever 24 hours. It is not something that you should use to say we are wrong

This may be a solution. Will the same problem occur if you upgrade to an advanced user?

Do you mean upgrading to premium? I believe their limits are either a lot higher or non-existent. You should not run into the same issue if you upgrade.

My wordpress is now installed
Loco Translate, WooCommerce, External Media without Import, now installed Cache Enabler and set Create an additional cached version for WebP image support. Convert your images to WebP with Optimus. and Pre-compress cached pages with Gzip. and Minify HTML in cached Pages excluding inline CSS and JavaScript. To open the state, hope that people can reduce the pressure on the server, this will be tested for a few days. Some external pictures cannot be opened, which may be related to the external address server.
