Why does my website sometimes show the old CSS after I update it?

I’m working on my Dubai-based business website “RentCrown” and I’ve run into a strange issue while making some design changes.

I updated the CSS file and the changes are showing correctly when I open the site in some cases, but sometimes the old styling still appears. It seems to happen more often after I’ve made several changes one after another.

I’ve tried clearing my browser cache and also checked the site in an incognito window, but I still occasionally see the older version of the page.

Is there something I should be checking on the hosting side, or is this more likely to be related to how the CSS file is being cached by the browser?

Are you using a caching plugin through WordPress or similar? You may need to clear that too

I’ve checked my caching plugin and cleared/purged the cache, but the old styles are still popping up.

Are you using cloudflare? Cloudflare is a sod for that. Of so log into cloudflare and turn on Dev mode, visit your site. Then turn off dev mode and refresh.

I tried enabling Development Mode in Cloudflare and refreshing, but I’m still seeing the cached version of my website sections ( that i edited recently )

Thanks the problem get resolved as @dan helped alot. I contacted the customer service of cloudflare, They reported there is bug on my end and guide me throughout the process, the issue sorted.
