Why does my website go down after a few hours of access?

I’ve been dealing a lot with this. I was editing my website at midnight, then went to sleep. When I woke up and was washing the dishes, I decided to check my site, but it wasn’t online.

So, I decided to access the site from my computer, which is logged in as an admin on WordPress, and the site was also offline. Then, I opened Monsta FTP, and when I refreshed the page, the site was back online. Can someone explain to me if this is normal and what I can do to avoid this kind of situation?

Thank you very much in advance.

I’m Sorry

Hello

It is working fine for me.

One thing I did notice is that it took a bit of time to load the first time, which is probably due to a lot of background tasks WordPress has queued.

Your website could appear ‘broken’ because the PHP timeout limit is reached when WordPress attempts to complete all these tasks before loading the page, causing PHP to cancel the process.

To fix this, you can:
Delete (NOT disable) every plugin you don’t need
Do the same for themes
Turn off automatic updates (On core and your plugins)
Remove any cron-reliant tasks you may have

If that does not work, share a list of your plugins and themes here
