When I upload my file to file manager,it show error “Either your FTP account quota has been exceeded, or the file upload was blocked by security.” I even can’t upload a only 3.31 KB of image.
And I have 1.3GB of space.

Try using a desktop FTP client like [FileZilla](https://filezilla-project.org/download.php?type=client). You may also want to make sure you are under the inode limit

What is wrong with just installing the full version? Also, be careful when downloading software from 3rd parties, its not always safe!

I have both the full version on my pc, and the portable version on a USB pen that I can use when working else where. In my experience [Portableapps.com](http://Portableapps.com) is fairly safe. but I’d still run a scan on any files I download
