go to your client area and on any of the hosting accounts that got de-activated, there should be a red button called “Submit a Ticket”. That should hopefully help you get in contact with staff.
Generally that happens when one of your accounts triggers a content violation. This triggered the suspension of all your accounts.
You can raise a support ticket on any suspended account asking for reactivation / suspension reason. If the terms were not violated and the system made a mistake, all your accounts will be reactivated.
