# Why can't my website account be pinged via cmd?

Why can’t my website account be pinged via cmd?  
after I checked using [https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/](https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/) I got surprising results. with the result [Mmchannel.eu.org](http://Mmchannel.eu.org) is DOWN for everyone.  
Not only you. Server not responding…
