If you don’t use the site builder then whatever it says in the site builder section doesn’t matter to you.
It’s a bit of misleading but other phrases are even worse.

Is your website working? Are you using Site.Pro to build your website?
If the answers are “yes” and “no”, then this is correct, and it’s exactly what you want it to be. Note that the “Website Published” field is in the “Website Builder Status” card. So it tells you if your website was published with the website builder.
