Why have Infinity sent me an email saying my website account may soon be deleted. It claims I have not logged in for the past 18 months. Which is ridiculous – I log in regularly, 4-5 times a month, as the login history list shows. What’s going on?
Can you please double check the email address that the notification was sent to, and verify that it matches the email address you are using for your active account?
The account you’re using to post this is definitely not inactive, but also doesn’t appear to have been marked for deletion.
Is it possible you may have (had) another account with a different email address that has been scheduled for deletion?

Ah, brilliant. That looks to be it. The email addresses are different so I guess I must have an old (an unused) account. Cheers
Glad to hear the confusion was resolved. And it seems that the inactivity deletion feature is working as intended, deleting accounts that people have forgotten about!
