Given how this seems to be an issue with DNS, I think this ongoing issue might be the cause of this.

Ongoing Nameserver Issues

Since the start of April, there have been many small, but frequent outages on the free hosting nameservers. How can I recognize this issue? Domain lookup errors from your browser (e.g. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN in Google Chrome). Cloudflare shows “Error 1016: Origin DNS error”. What is causing this issue?
