The WordPress CMS is what runs your website. If you follow those instructions you can successfully move it somewhere else.

Free service of infinityfree is enough to host the 27 mb installation of wordpress and with 100 or 200 posts searchable on search engines. The only problem is the maximum hit limitation counter that can be targeted by ddos and suspend the account. Consider upgrading to a paid plan.
That’s not the issue OP is having. Their account is using too many processes.
