What that means?

My website URL is: cranterns.epizy.com

What I’m seeing is: This site/page has used all avaialble php / apache processes allowed on free hosting account.

Refreshing the page once the amount of apache / php processes are reduced will cause the site to work

We would recommend upgrading your hosting account at IFastNet Premium hosting accounts , premium hosting accounts have MUCH higher resources dedicated to them.

what does it means?

that pointed to me to enable cloudflare. how do i ?

Try to read this article for more informations about this. However, Cloudflare is not available on subdomains (only X10Hosting has Cloudflare on subdomains), and you should use a real domain name (example: cranterns.com) to add its protection to your visitors. You can enable Cloudflare from the cPanel or by going on dash.cloudflare.com, adding the domain and changing the nameservers from the actual ones to their ones, or if the website is a little big for many visitors, try to upgrade the account to Premium Hosting as it offers higher resources for PHP processes and more.

iFastNet can transfer the files for you. Here are the instructions on how to ask a transfer of the files from free hosting to premium hosting, and they can do it at any time, even if the account was suspended before!
