if it is going to take this long to access your account and to start using the hosting well it is truley useless

Its not the fastest in the world, Mine usually takes a couple of seconds, but its secure.
Could be the authenticator app your using?
Maybe it is something we can fix, but right now I really have no idea what the issue is.
Our panel is usually pretty snappy, and changing pages is nearly instant for me. And logging in should be basically as fast.
