Error Message

i cant log into the tickets page of ifastnet and there for cannot use the email addresses, and everything else i need to do there. when i click the tickets page it makes me reset my password repeatedly

The support system is separate from all other accounts, you have to create a new account (you can use the same email if you wish)

If you don’t have an account yet, you should create one. If you already have an account and don’t know the password, you should reset it.

Besides that, it’s iFastNet’s support portal, not ours, so there isn’t that much else we can do for you. We can’t check if there is a registration for your email address or give you access to it, because it’s not our system.

I’d like to add that iFastNet has their own community support forums that you can access at https://www.byet.net. The people there might be able to answer questions about premium hosting better, but I’ve never had to do that, so I don’t know how helpful they may or may not be.

It’s better if you just open a support ticket, most of the regulars there do not use premium hosting.

iFastNet does NOT have a community support forum. They have a community forum, but it’s specifically not for support.

If you need support for premium hosting, you should use the support ticket system.
